53rd Fighter Squadron ( REAL SERIES )

Anything you see labeled as "REAL SERIES" would be original WW2 period artwork and not a modern rendition. It may have been re-mastered to remove wrinkles, scratches, stains, and so on. Any imperfect characteristics an original may have like less than perfect alignment or other human error has been preserved. Notice you'll find both in this example of my 53rd Fighter Squadron, the bottom area back leg has a little yellow on the leading edge and some blue ink is missing at the very bottom of the disk. All original to the actual period produced screen printed leather insignia and just plain good ole character just the way I intended...
 
This is applied to high quality and nicely thin Lambskin Leather. Tough as nails but light as a feather so you'll barely feel it on the jacket, another completely intentional feature...
