Outstanding rendition by artist

Sadly, this artist is no longer with us and his work is now being passed off as WW2 period originals, the high prices suggest many are falling for it. Fact is that Kensington Market in London had a shop called "FLAK" that sold his patches for many years. He'd been doing them at least since the early 70's I'm told by a reliable source. That's about the extent of info I have on the guy but what little we do know is certainly worthy of being brought to the surface in his honor.
His work is outstanding in a way that it's his own rendition, in a period correct style, and the colors being perfectly muted. I've re-mastered many from his original patches digitally, and have perfectly applied to fine lambskin leather. It's very strong and nicely flexible.
